So a trip to West Yorkshire MS Therapy this morning for some time in the hyperbaric chamber. Oxygen therapy to help with the recent hard enduro associated shoulder ,upper arm strain and bruising on the upper right ribs. It’s nice to know there are places like this locally. 🙏
