Well uptime and charging time are not the same. All Tesla chargers are high speed. When you go to other chargers you need to pay attention to the level rating/capacity or yea, you are going to be waiting a while. A 110V charger would take days to fully charge a Tesla battery. ChargePoint uptime is about literally broken chargers - not the speed they charge at.
