2/2 But I have never had someone say, “buy me a bacon cheeseburger,” and I will admit that it annoyed me. I told her, “No, I’m not buying a $16 burger, not even for myself.” Then I walked away. It has bothered me ever since. Totally out of character for me. She found me later and said, “Okay they’ve got a $12 single bacon cheeseburger. Will you get that one for me?” I left her standing there holding her cheese fries. I’m curious to know what others would have done in this situation.
