Just finished latest episode of House of the Dragon . Why didn’t Rhaenys return to get Rhaenyra, Jace, and the others for help? The Greens already lost one dragon, and Vhagar wouldn’t be too difficult to take down with two or more dragons from the Blacks. Why the suicide mission and the loss of the largest dragon of the Blacks ??

3 小時內	Chandra Agarwal agarwal_chandra_	Simply coz it was written that way in the book😂. They changed the narrative a bit though. They gave a Rhaenys a much more heroic death in the series. In the books, it was two against one from the start, Aegon and Aemond attached her together which led to her death and the accidental burning of Aegon.
6 小時內	Shane Parker Misenar shanemisenar	She wasn’t expecting Vaghar to be there she could have easily handled the situation with out them if Aemond would not have been there.
11 小時內	madi md_drn	Vhagar would just decimate Syrax and Vermax. They are so small and have no combat experience much like their riders. Meleys mortally wounds Sunfyre and weakens Vhagar enough for Caraxes to do what needs to be done. It was an ambush. She knew Aemond/Vhagar wouldn’t just let her leave.
