Terrible experience with @expediacruises & @carnival !!! I had a booking for a cruise on Monday for 4 days to Mexico! I got tested positive for Covid yesterday! I called Expedia cruises to provide me with a “credit” so I can take the cruise on a later date! They were extremely unhelpful! I have a positive home Covid test as proof + I am willing to get tested at the clinic if required as well! BUT! NO! Their policies don’t allow them to allow a credit 😭😭 Please share this thread for awareness
