Breaking news! I went out last night, and not to a hospital, for the first time in three months. I felt stressed and vulnerable but was out, out! We saw David Sedaris who was excellent and I'm determined from now on to get out as much as I can. The NHS nightmare continues but I must not let it define me. Thrilling update over.
