Let’s take a moment to remember that if the situation was reversed, Trump wouldn’t have called a press conference to condemn the shooting. He would have tweeted a dog whistle message to the far right thanking them, then after 24 hours of outrage he would’ve put out a half-hearted video statement and 24 hours after that he would have made fun of the shooting at a campaign rally encouraging his cult to chant for the death of his opponent.
