First, I do think people are making a bigger deal about this than they should. However, I don’t believe it is innocuous. Symbols matter and the parody of the last supper has always been synonymous with the biblical depiction. Olympic officials even admitted it. But with that being said… Christians need to stop complaining and go watch the Olympic games with some people they are trying to disciple or win to Christ.
