Just watched a motorcycle/atv sideshow shut down a busy street in SF for ~10min. Many curious and excited pedestrians stood to watch + lot of confused pissed odd motorists. One dip shit wiped out. When the cops arrived they just flashed their lights until they moved. Most peeled off down the bicycle and streetcars lanes. PD was happy to do nothing about that either.
