Update: I asked Threaders how the heck 10k steps is possible. Here are my takeaways:
1) Start clients later so I can do an early AM weighted walk.
2) Look for every opp no matter how small & don’t fixate on exact 10k.
3) Home gym with WEIGHTS at lunch.
4) Walk after dinner. My fam agreed to join me.
5) Finally: You all convinced me. I got a compact treadmill! So I’ll be walking during shows & commercials.
