Specifically to readers: Please cut authors some slack, remember that language changes and that a whole lot of great, really famous authors made choices that seemed "wrong" to readers of their time. Authors get to make those choices. The publishing landscape is definitely having growing/shrinking pains right now, and editing is expensive. Be kind, don't destroy someone's attempt to share their stories/thoughts with the world based on something arbitrary. 2/6
