Seeing farming in Canterbury, Ranfurly & the Dunedin Peninsula, the environment & weather dictates so much of what can be done & IS done. Farming is quite possibly the hardest role there is: it's physically demanding, but requires high level intellectual decision making, fiscal business decisions & a practical understanding of a range of sciences.
