What your purpose for the insurance? Are you trying g to cover building assets with higher liabilities? Are you trying to build supplemental cash flow?

If your insurance agents you’re talking to do not talk about living benefits, run away. Especially the get term and invest the difference people! You can get term WITH living benefits. Or you can do an IUL also with living benefits. Main thing, HAVE LIVING BENEFITS. If I seem like a good fit for you, let me know! Otherwise, that’s my advice, make sure living benefits is included in your plan that covers critical/chronic/terminal illnesses!

Term life insurance + a retiment account . I’m an insurance specialist I can provide information and show you what other companies offer so you can feel safe you’re with the right company . These people telling you to get an IUL don’t even have investment licenses.

Hi Carrie, Please get Term insurance. Life insurance is meant to replace your income. Get it when you are young and healthy. Term will give you the maximum amount of coverage at an affordable price. Whole life accumulates “cash value” however there are fees which eat up the cash value and your policy will lapse. I use to sell these “properly structured IULs”…until I realized all the fees and the disservice I was doing to families. I now have my investment licenses. Feel free to reach out.
