Yesterday we started a first group workout for the upcoming race. It started pretty well and promising. Sadly I ended up in hospital after I crashed my bike over the rear wheel of my buddy. Concussion, abrasions and the worst headache of my life stays. My Helmet is cracked into pieces. But my head ain't. This reminds me to always wear a helmet. It saved my life the second time now. 👍
