No one talks about how hard it is being a new grad nurse , It has been the roughest past 2 1/2 weeks . I’ve cried multiple times in the car after my shift. I was in such fear to even give a report to the next nurse 😂🩷 some were very mean towards me and didn’t care that I was a new grad nurse , one was so rude that he even snatched the report out of my hand! Which was rude?? But 98% of the nurses were very sweet 🩷 but thankfully I’m making improvements & gaining confidence on the floor 🥹 ! Yay
