@southwestair Just to be clear, if a passenger pays for two seats to accommodate a disability, a FA can force them to give one up to a random passenger and even remove them from the flight for refusing? This incident with Sandra Denton is shameful; I hope it leads to a policy change and a conversation with the FA involved. Disabled peoples’ lives are difficult enough without having to fight to keep accommodations they pay extra for.
