14 小時內	MadBack madback	Employer here (small, boutique style business). We used LinkedIn to recruit a new hire this spring. We received 500+ applications within 24 hours. EasyApply does not make it “easy” for employers, I had to write off anyone who didn’t also send me a personal note or include a custom cover letter.
