I have a confession to make - every time I read an article that mentions the "assassination attempt" on Trump, my brain rolls its eyes. Deep down, I absolutely do not believe that that was an assassination attempt. It just screams "staged photo op" to me. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, so don't have an affirmative theory of how it was orchestrated, but my gut absolutely rejects the assassination narrative, and I am fully anticipating facts eventually coming to light that confirm my instinct.
