I’m not a childless cat lady but I do love my cats like family, they cause less trouble than some kids I know, they don’t need tutors or school trip expenses or photo packages or constantly pester for games and new phones. Our only kid is making his way into the world and working on his university plans. He’s smart and independent and keeps in touch every week. He too likes cats.
