The implementation of online ordering has led to an incredible decrease in the in-person experience of every level of restaurant. Businesses prioritize the online customers first because their systems dont account for load total and having 20 uber eats drivers in your lobby is a bad look, but this leads to the in-person customers standing at the order counter awkwardly watching the 4 overworked and underpaid employees stressfully rush out orders for ghosts. This needs massive streamlining.
