Try to implement a moisturizer. The best dry skin combo is a hyaluronic acid serum while your skin is still damp, and then a moisturizer. The hyaluronic acid will attract the water molecules to the skin and the moisturizer will lock it in. Try to also use the same makeup base products as your primer, ex: if you’re using a water based primer use a water base makeup.
