It was truly an experience leaving the US. For context, I entered SF on my way to New Mexico. I had landed from HK and had to go through immigration and customs. I was also flagged because of my fingerprint situation but it was sorted with my trusty medical letter. Then had to recheck my bags onward to New Mexico. Now flying out…I literally only had to go through TSA in NM and I was good to go. Bags even checked through all the way to Hong Kong. I was mindblown.
