This was a Facebook memory from a year ago and a lot of simple wisdom shared here especially “Check in on your friends…” part. Over the years I’ve experienced new found appreciation for Anthony’s philosophy for life. Especially the fact that he started practicing jiu jitsu in his 60’s, which is insane & received his blue belt before deciding to take his own life which is still a mystery to this day.
