After binge watching this show, I have to say, don't waste your time watching if you never did. It sucks after season 3 They keep milking the events, and for some reason, they hate the main character so much they torture him deeply! The only thing they toke from the OG novel is the names. It's like an alternative reality. Stefan is the main character and they made the entire story arc about his evil brother's redemption. The vampire genre is an interesting one that's always done wrong.
