Bc if we look at it Anakin was doing it with the intention of saving his wife, we can see it was not a pure hate act, we can see him even crying in Mustafar bc of this, the only moment hate came is when Obi-Wan chopped him. Also, his crystal wasnt shattered, broken, this was emphasized in the Acolyte even, it broke and was exposed to Osha’s hate, we can SEE how Osha was pouring her hate into the saber, which is implied in the Vader’s comics.

You have to be directly in contact with the crystal exposed

because he didnt fucking expose the kyber crystal and pour his hatred into it just cuz he was using a lightsaber doesnt mean it automatically turns red. you think if a sith picked off a lightsaber from a jedi that it would turn red when they use it?

So when a sith takes a lightsaber from killing a Jedi, they have to make the crystal bend to its will hence the “bleeding”. Anakin already had his lightsaber and he wasn’t “Darth Vader” yet so I’m guessing that’s why we didn’t see it red

The crystal bleeding wasn’t the problem with the lore, it was a random Witch Cult being able to make life using the force, my bad “thread” something Plagieus and Palpatine and Vader couldn’t do, claiming there’s a “vergance” in the force before Anakin, Ki Adi Mundi being alive before he should and even if the birthday switch was fine, he’s now a liar to every Jedi and council member. 1000 of peace with no Jedi dying was a lie when 87 years prior to that statement MANY Jedi died.

Even if you accept the blatant plot holes and lore destruction, the writing in Lesley Headlands version doesn’t even make sense within its own standards.

Anakin’s crystal was safely housed. Use critical thinking to find differences next time, the answer lies there.

Because it does mess up lore… none of the writers or actors/actresses knew anything about Star wars

Sol’s saber was broken by Mae, which made the Kyber poke through the hilt. When Osha held the saber, she was DIRECTLY touching the crystal. Anakin had no direct contact with the Kyber.
