40 years ago, I was a 20 year old college student, and I volunteered for Mondale/Ferraro because I was inspired by Geraldine Ferraro's nomination as VP on a major party ticket. (Don't let anyone ever tell you that no one votes for the second person on the ticket.) We were running against Reagan. He was popular, but politics didn't seem so nasty then. Life, jobs, and family have kept me from being politically active over the years. I'm planning to volunteer for Kamala this year. Let's do this!
