If the Electoral College was eliminated, the power to elect the President would rest solely in the hands of a few of our largest states and cities, greatly diminishing the voice of smaller populated states. I’m sorry but that’s bullshit. One person, one vote. Whomever gets the most votes wins. The size of the state or city means nothing if all votes are counted with equal value. The most important election (President)should be done in the same manner as every other one in this country. Period.
