Completely agree. How is an expert defined? I’d argue that most people that are trusted by the public to prescribe exercise aren’t experts either. PT’s should learn this, continue to learn it, and utilize it.

PTs are not inherently “experts” because they spent a lot of money and time in school. Saying this as a PT myself. Expertise comes with experience, both personal and professional. I know many PTs who lack experience and who don’t even exercise…
