for my company we did pre hiring training program sbb nk choose candidate yg competant and betul betul nk kerja sbb dri sini kita filter dia btul btul nk kerja or bru kerja 2 hri dh blah. My company we provide them allowance untuk hari yg mreka dtg for training. still win win situation if they tak lepas the requirement we still pay them the allowance

Baca komen ramai cakap tak boleh eh? Aku penah kena 3hari datang lepastu, tetiba esoknya dia cakap, tak layak untuk teruskan. Then, aku pun takde mintak payment ke hape 🤣 masatu admin jugak.

My dad cakap boleh je gitu. Like myself baru jugak ada experience, sebab job applied tu rupanya need to join long hours operations, so diorang mintak try join sehari ok tak. Refer to my dad (beliau dulu one of lembaga disciplin kat company automotive), katanya legit je. They wanna see whether u competent utk kerja long and odd hours ke tak. Tapi i takdela mintak allowance ke apa sbb technically join benda tu sejam lebih je. Takdela whole day and bukan jauh sangat dari rumah (plus it's a weekend)
