To be clear their advice is: yes, we think you need treatment urgently. Unfortunately, due to the pressures on their service, I’m looking at a maximum of an eight month wait. In the meantime all they can do is offer physical monitoring.

Have you looked into finding a health coach that specializes in ED? Mainstream medicine hasn’t totally accepted the support of coaches yet but many are highly trained and skilled. It isn’t a substitute, but it might be helpful while you wait. 🫶🏼
