I have questions!
I’ve recently gone deep sea internet diving about macros and what my percentages should be. Everyone says something different!
Can anyone guide me to the right macro percentages for a woman, mid 30s, with possible PCOS, to lose weight but gain muscle without bulking up? (I know that was a lot. Sorry!) Any help would be appreciated!
