What I thought taking care of a newborn is like: I breastfeed, she sleeps, wakes up, diaper change, is up a little and then same cycle (after all they are sleeping 16-18 hours in the beginning, right?). I have so much time to do whatever I want in the house. I will be so bored. Wrong. This is what it was really like:

幾秒內	undercovermompreneur	I breastfeed her to sleep and then admire her until she wakes ups. Take some pictures, usually when she sleeps. As she grows, admire earlier photos of her while she sleeps. She eats about 14 times a day. Same amount of diaper change. Wants to be held all time. Latched most of the day. I can't eat, I can't sleep, I can't do anything else. But I am so happy that I cry almost every day 🥰😍

And then when they just lay down in bed for you without snuggles, that’s not the best but you have 2 years worth of pictures and videos of them growing up to get you through to whatever the next phase is 🥹🥺
