I remember always running into one other woman in the bathroom outside my lab when doing my masters at Georgia Tech. We became good friends and it always made us laugh. Now in test pilot school I’m the only woman in my class. 🥲

I work in software and while the consulting team has very few women, the R&D team has, including me, 4 women and 1 man. And I am very happy being in the R&D team because it means I don't have to call clients and I really struggle with phone calls, especially when there is profesional pressure (probably due to AuDHD).
