This workout is called a DEADLIFT. Do you wanna know why it is called that? If you don't LIFT(exercise)...you'll die EARLY. DEADLIFT. P.S. I was aiming for 160kg * 5 * 5 workout but shit happens. So I had to slightly regress by doing: 160kg * 5 * 2 140kg * 7 * 2 100kg * 15 * 2 #fittestmike #fittestmovement #getawesomewithcoachmike
