Words matter and for too long we’ve cast undue shame on women who pause their careers — counting them out when really we’re still contributing, still connecting and still growing. Every woman in this community is ambitious, modern and ever shifting — making the right choices for right now — and growing alongside our kids and each other. Together we really are changing the narrative. I feel it.
