How to handle a situation with our neighbor’s two incredible obnoxious dogs? We moved into our new house at the end of June and most days we have had to listen to the neighbor across the street’s two large, loud dogs barking. They hang outside unattended a lot, and just bark at absolutely nothing. And even more when people/other dogs go by.
