I love love all knitting. All knitting? Actually no, I hate sock knitting, but I need to wear them so my feet do not freeze up in the cold winter months. So I force myself to knit them. I tried interesting knit patterns, fair isle to use up scraps, designing my own colorwork. Blocking those little unloved garments is out of the question. I am glad once they are off the needles and in the drawer. The only sentiment I can muster is a quiet tear when a pair is worn through and needs to be replaced.
