Sacrificed my abs to bulk😅 but the bulk has gotten a little dirty🍪🍩🧁, so it’s time to clean it up🍎🍌🥦. I don’t count calories, as that has lead to an unhealthy relationship with food in the past. I just prioritize protein, and make sure I get around 140g per day. Also, DRINK WATER! The end.
