Hey, Kansas City! Does anyone use Google Fiber in their home? I'd love to know if you have had any bad experiences/if you'd warn me away from them. I am pretty much going to switch to them when we're all plugged in (they're digging in our yards right now) UNLESS someone has horror stories.

10 小時內	JAG_Draws jagdraws	I've had them for over 6 years and can only recall 3 outages, one due to heavy storms, and they credited my account for the outages. They're solid.
12 小時內	Matt Griggs mattgnkc	Had them since they first came available years ago. Still paying the exact same price and have had a few (very small) refunds for outages i never knew about. Not to mention free upgrade to dual modems just because was outdated.

We liked our previous company, but their internet wasn’t as reliable. GF is really good about emailing if there’s a service interruption, like a power outage. I’d 100% recommend them.
