My PD just messaged me on Teams and it’s 10:30 excuse me? Office hours are 9-5 and unless messaging you after my shift is a billable hour, then you’re not getting a response. Heavily because I am paid by the hour and not salaried. I honestly feel like even if you are salaried there needs to be an understanding of ✨people have lives✨ We deserve to have a break from work after our shift ends as a collective workforce.
