Alabama continues to receive a stream of low topped rotating storms but clouds have kept the atmosphere from destabilizing much. There is still some potential for tornadoes from these small supercells. The SPC has discussed issuing another tornado watch this afternoon & gave about a 40% chance of doing so. It’s 3:00 pm CST so it’s not time to let your guard down completely if you’re in the affected area.
