I'm coming to accept that part of being disabled means that my books will come out when they come out. I tried my best to get several books out this year but my health took a huge nose dive. It's so difficult to unlearn these destructive patterns of productivity, to stop putting a cruel amount of pressure on myself. But today I removed the deadline feature in my current WIP and I consider that a step toward taking care of me.
