I find it absolutely crazy that nobody would say a thing to a man with some gray, but the second a woman has some, we're supposed to hide it. My husband has had gray from the time he was a teenager and everyone has always told him it looks great! (It does.) My Mom grew her beautiful silver hair out after 40 YEARS of dyeing it and it's stunning!
