Protein sources aren’t created equally and this is why it’s hard for some to hit protein goals without going over calories Many protein sources are MAINLY protein but there’s also many that are high in fat (or carbs). For example peanut butter has protein in it but it’s MAINLY a fat source. (Beans have protein but are mainly a carbohydrate.) Bacon, pulled pork, ribs, many cured meats, cheese, certain cuts of steak, and chicken wings also go into the category of having higher fat… 1/2🧵
