Heart is broken. Yesterday we sent off our Java to heaven. She gave us 16 years of love. She loved watermelon, and apples, and being carried around everywhere. We went for one last long trip around Manhattan together, reliving the first moments we met when she snuggled into me at the pet shop. Rest In Peace girl. No more pain. Alll dogs go to heaven. Thank you to my brother and father for taking care of her after I moved out.
