1) apple would never do that since their positioning is as the “luxury” tech company, either go buy an SE or don’t even bother at all from their perspective if you want budget 2) never buy a budget phone for good user experience, a used iPhone 12 or S22 at $250 offers better features and will last far longer than any new budget phone
