Charge: I accept most insurances and adjusted contract rates are 140-170. I also accept Medicaid/state insurances and they reimburse at around 110-120. For the private insurances I don’t accept, private pay is 160. Pay: 108.75 My spouse/I have the ONLY private insurance payer in the area that pays about 70% of everyone else because they are the payer for the largest employer in the area. Ick.

I used Alli therapy; it had a sliding scale and I paid $65+GST (I’m in Alberta 🇨🇦) per session with a psychotherapy phd student. She was amazing. Only stopped seeing her because she graduated and moved on from Alli.
