I wouldn’t be so “pleased” to announce this.
Consider for a moment that the content posted on Meta platforms is still subject to copyright, which Meta does not own, nor can it own or have a license to use it by merely saying it does.
Here’s an example: someone posts a screencap of Beetlejuice in excitement for the new film. They don’t own the copyright and therefore are not authorized to transfer any sort of license to use it to Meta.
