Fyi I got an announcement. I’m pretty open about having ADHD & I’ve suspected Autism, but I’ve decided ADHD is a better fit. I will only continue to discuss my experiences with ADHD. I’ve definitely still benefited from exploring the possiblity of being autistic (due to the overlap between neurodivergencies) & I still appreciate those of you I’ve met from that community.
