One time an artist sent me what looked like a personalized email at first but then if you scrolled to the bottom you could see all the forwarded messages to other gallery directors using the exact same template. She also mentioned seeing my booth at a spring art fair…but I’d actually been a participant in the fall. As you might imagine, it wasn’t a match 😬
